“I can not recommend Fliss enough: In my opinion, she will be an excellent step-by-step guide to any life problem and issue. What is really unique about her is that she sincerely cares about you and wants to help: She is there for you from the first minutes as a precious, understanding, caring friend to who you can talk about everything, work through anything and who is able to give you professional help out of a loving heart. Her approach and professionalism, despite a seemingly young age, is so developed and and of such high standards that if you actually listen to her and do the work your life will definitely take a whole different turn and I am the living proof“

Mindfulness is a deliberate and objective awareness of, and attention to, the present moment.

This awareness helps us to:

  • Observe our thoughts, rather than getting caught up in them and allowing them to spiral and negatively affect us

  • Identify, acknowledge, accept and let go of feelings as they come and go

  • Remain calm and centred in triggering scenarios, such as an argument with a loved one

  • Reduce anxiety, stress and depression by training our mind not to agonize over the future or dwell on the past

  • Improve productivity, creativity, energy, getting to sleep, general well-being and so much more

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a thought-based, goal focused form of psychotherapy.

CBT helps us to:

  • Use logic to challenge negative thoughts and beliefs which lead to destructive emotions and behaviours

  • Set SMART goals to actively bring about change

  • Realign our emotional filter through which we experience the world around us

  • Diminish magnification/catasrophising (jumping to negative conclusions, thinking of the worst possible outcome of a situation)

  • Tackle (mood and sleep disorders) such as Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Insomnia and Phobias and more

If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got.

You’ve heard it a million times - you are what you eat. A poor diet breeds a plethora of problems, such as:

  • Sleep disturbance/disruption

  • Poor body image and low self-esteem

  • Lethargy/low energy

  • Skin problems (breakouts, oiliness, dryness)

  • Depression (and/or low mood and mood swings)

  • Cardiac issues

  • Type 2 Diabetes

  • Osteoporosis

  • Even some cancers (mouth, upper throat, larynx, lung, stomach, bowel) and so much more.

  • Up to 30% dementia risk reduction

  • Up to 35% coronary heart disease and stroke risk reduction

  • Helps battle stress and anxiety

Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today.
